1. How much time do you take to convert an image into vector?

A standard job of recreating a logo into vector format takes less than 24 hours. However, the poorer the quality of the raster image, the longer it takes to convert it into vector image. It is, therefore, advisable to forward the best quality image that you could find for vector conversion. A fine quality raster image can be converted into vector format well within 12 hours or even lesser.

2. Do you offer samples?

Yes, we offer one free sample job to our new clients. The sample job not only enables our client to experience the faultless quality that we offer, but also helps us to get a hang of client’s style and imagination. 3. Do you have a minimum order size?

No, there is no prescribed minimum order size at VectorzMedia. You can send any number of images, of whichever size and resolution, to us and we’d send you clean and scalable vector version of the images.

4. How do I go about sending my image files for vector conversion to VectorzMedia?

If there are only a couple of image files to be converted into vectors, you can simply email the file. However, if there are a large number of files to be processed, you must obtain our FTP (File Transfer Protocol) details from us over the email or phone. Using our FTP details, you would be able to transmit all your files to us in no time at all.

5. My Image files are my intellectual property. Are they safe with you?

Yes, your image files are 100% safe and protected with us. In fact, we sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with customers who demand it, whereby we undertake that we’ll completely destroy the images after completion of job work. We do not sell, share or use your image files with any third party, whatsoever.

6. How will I get my processed vector images back?

The processed vector images are sent back using the same medium as was used by you to send their corresponding raster/image files to VectorzMedia.

7. I am in a rush and need my images files converted to vector files on ASAP basis. How can I get my job done within 12 hours or lesser time?

If you have a deadline looming large over your head and need to get a job done within a matter of hours, you must contact us at our email address info@vectorzmedia.com or call us at 9818526337.Your request shall be taken up on case to case basis and you can rest assured that vector files of your sent image files will be reverted back to you within the mutually decided time frame.

8. Which all modes of payment can I use to pay for the availed services of VectorzMedia?

Though we encourage Wire Transfer directly to our enterprise’s bank account, we also accept PayPal.

9. How do you raise invoice for the services rendered?

If you are a client availing our services on an ongoing basis, may be spread across year(s), we can raise the invoice either on weekly or fortnightly or monthly basis, to suit your own discretion/ preference. However, if you have availed our services for a short-term one-time project, we raise the invoice upon the satisfactory completion of the project.

10. What are the various (raster) image file formats do you work with?

We work across the formats. So, you can send any of the following format files: BMP, PSD, PNG, ESP, PPT, JPEG, TIF, PDF, DOC and so on.

11. What are the various (vector) output file formats you deliver?

We work across formats and as such we always welcome our clients to specify the file format(s) in which they need their vector file. However, in the absence of any particular specification, we send vector AI, CDR or EPS file. These vector files open in almost all the sign and design software, including CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator®.

12. Will you make me pay for the corrections, if any?

If the corrections take place because of misreading of given instructions or any other mistake/ error at our end, we will not charge you for the corrections and the same will be done free of charge. Also, any new correction(s) of minor nature will also be done free of cost as a token of goodwill. However, any time-consuming corrections/alterations/enhancements to be made for reasons other than misunderstood instructions, will be charged on our per hour cost basis.
